One of the most memorable moments of Day One came through an analogy that resonated with every attendee.

Imagine placing brand-new, freshly washed sheets onto a mattress covered in mud.

The sheets are clean.

The mattress isn't.

Eventually, the clean sheets become just as dirty.

The lesson?

Too many traders continue setting ambitious goals while operating from the exact same habits, fears, and thought patterns that prevented success in the first place.

Every January, people create new goals.
